Sim Swap Detection
Vishing (Voice Phishing) is a social engineering technique where the fraudster calls the victim and, keeping them on the line, instructs them to perform financial transactions or provide sensitive data in the application (e.g.: Fake bank security center scam).
MAD detects when the application is being used in parallel with an active phone call; upon detecting this scenario, the RASP can trigger configurable protection policies, such as crashing the application and displaying security alerts to the user, as well as immediately sending the event to the Command Center. This way, the risk of information leakage during fraudulent phone interactions is reduced.
