Access and Authentication

Security starts with access to the administrative panel itself. The MAD Command Center implements strict identity controls.

• Login Screen: Secure interface for entering credentials (email and password). Offers integration options with corporate identity providers (SSO) such as Google or Outlook. • Password Creation: Interface for setting a new password with strict complexity policy enforcement (minimum 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, special characters, numbers, and password history to prevent reuse). • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Mandatory additional layer of security. After entering the password, the user must provide a 6-digit code generated by authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy), ensuring that only authorized users access sensitive security data.
